SHIPPING POLICY
Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
Shipping within Denmark
Delivery within Denmark typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has been fulfilled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping to the EU
For EU orders, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within Denmark are not subject to additional customs or import fees.
Any customs fees or import duties for international orders may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors like weather, postal service issues, or high demand during peak seasons.
Pickups
Some items are available for pickup at the usual swimming spot, please contact us to let us know which Wednesday you would like to pickup.
RETURNS POLICY
Return Rights
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at colddipclub@gmail.com
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
